Return and refund policy 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• We realize that there may be times when you need to cancel an order, and we will do our best to assist you.
• If your order has not been shipped from our facilities, it can be canceled. Orders are typically sent by 1200 hours IST. Any cancellation requests submitted before this time will be honored.
• To cancel your order, log in to MY ACCOUNT and go to the MY ORDER area, and request for cancellation before 7 AM in the morning. 
• The charge will be returned to you within 5 business days.
• We make every effort to ensure that you receive the highest quality eggs; nonetheless, if you are dissatisfied with the eggs, you received or received the incorrect product, please contact us immediately and we will correct the situation as soon as possible.
